How AI Works
RightStockAI uses AI to help organize stock research into readable summaries, confidence levels, supporting reasons, and caution points.
The goal is not to replace your judgment. The goal is to help you read more evidence faster and notice risks you might otherwise miss.
What AI Looks At
Depending on the tool and available data, an AI-assisted report may consider:
- Price movement and trend context.
- Volume and market activity.
- Technical indicators.
- Company and financial context.
- Market and sector context.
- News and sentiment context.
- Earlier report context when available.
Not every report uses every input. Always read what the page actually shows.
Why Inputs Matter
Different inputs answer different questions.
| Input | Question it helps answer |
|---|---|
| Price movement | Is the stock trending, reversing, or moving sideways? |
| Volume | Is there strong trading interest behind the move? |
| Fundamentals | Is the company quality or valuation supporting the idea? |
| Technical context | Are price levels, momentum, or trend useful right now? |
| News | Did a recent event change the story? |
| Sentiment | Is recent tone positive, negative, or mixed? |
| Market context | Is the stock moving with the market or against it? |
What AI Produces
AI output in RightStockAI usually appears as:
- A plain-language summary.
- A recommendation or direction label.
- A confidence score or confidence wording.
- Supporting reasons.
- Risk notes and cautions.
- Price or target-style context when available.
- Comparison with other analysis views.
Why Confidence Changes
Confidence can change when:
- New price movement appears.
- News changes the market story.
- A stock moves sharply after a report.
- Different signals stop agreeing.
- The report is refreshed with newer context.
This is why report age matters. A report that was useful earlier may need a fresh look after major movement or news.
Confidence in Plain Language
Confidence means signal strength. It is not a promise.
- Higher confidence: the report found stronger agreement in the inputs it considered.
- Medium confidence: the report found useful signals, but uncertainty remains.
- Lower confidence: signals are mixed, weak, or unclear.
Use confidence together with reasons, risks, and report age.
Why Reports Can Disagree
Different tools answer different questions.
Examples:
- Traditional Analysis may like a company, while Chart Pattern Analysis shows a weak setup.
- AI News may be cautious because of recent events, while fundamentals still look stable.
- Smart AI may be neutral because the inputs are split.
Disagreement is useful. It tells you what to investigate before deciding.
Smart Use of AI Reports
Use AI reports to improve your research process:
- Let the summary orient you.
- Use confidence to judge signal strength.
- Use reasons to understand the thesis.
- Use cautions to understand what could go wrong.
- Compare another tool before making a decision.
Do not use AI reports to skip thinking about risk, portfolio fit, or your own time horizon.
What AI Cannot Do
AI cannot:
- Guarantee returns.
- Know your personal financial situation.
- Predict sudden news or policy events with certainty.
- Remove market risk.
- Decide position size for you.
- Replace your own research or professional advice.
Safer Reading Habit
Use this order:
- Confirm the stock name and symbol.
- Read the summary.
- Check confidence.
- Read supporting reasons.
- Read caution points.
- Check report age.
- Compare another RightStockAI tool.
- Decide whether the idea fits your portfolio and risk comfort.
